Rick Lynch joined DisputeHelp as Chief Strategy Officer in 2023. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Verifi, a Visa Company, from 2006 - 2020 where he played a pivotal role in establishing Verifi as a leader in dispute management solutions.
Following his tenure at Verifi, Rick founded Lynx Payments in 2020, a consultancy specializing in advising Tier 1 merchants, acquirers, and service providers on payments strategy. He also served as an American Advisory Board Member for the Merchant Risk Council.
Rick leads the strategic partnership efforts for DisputeHelp, connecting its parent company, ChargebackHelp, with key solution providers Ethoca and Verifi. His work ensures seamless collaboration and drives innovative solutions within the payments ecosystem.
